RaiseFX relies on MetaTrader 5 (MT5), the most widely used trading platform, and also offers TradingView integration as well as a mobile app. But the platform alone does not guarantee a broker's reliability. Before connecting, check RaiseFX's regulatory status (AMF blacklist) in our RaiseFX broker review and our full RaiseFX 2026 review.
How to Connect to MetaTrader 5 with RaiseFX?
To connect RaiseFX to MT5, open MetaTrader 5 (desktop or mobile), go to "File → Open an Account", search for the RaiseFX server provided upon registration, then enter your credentials (login and server password). RaiseFX provides these details in the client area after account validation. Double-check the server name: an incorrect server is the most common cause of connection failure.
Which RaiseFX Server Should You Choose?
RaiseFX generally provides multiple servers (demo and real). Select the "real" server corresponding to your account type. If connection fails, copy the exact server address from your RaiseFX client area rather than searching for the name in the MT5 list.
Is RaiseFX Available on TradingView?
TradingView allows trading with certain brokers via its broker integrations. The availability of RaiseFX on TradingView varies and is not guaranteed over time. Even if you analyze on TradingView, order execution often takes place via MT5. Check inside TradingView ("Trading" panel) if RaiseFX appears among connected brokers before relying on it.
Is There a RaiseFX Mobile App?
RaiseFX offers a mobile app that provides access to MT5 on smartphone (iOS and Android). You can also use the official MetaTrader 5 app with your RaiseFX credentials. The advantage of the standard MT5 app is its reliability and regular updates.
Is the Connection to RaiseFX Secure from France?
Technically, the MT5 connection is encrypted. The issue is not protocol security, but the broker's status: RaiseFX is listed on the AMF blacklist, meaning it is not authorized to offer investment services in France. The connection may work, but your capital is not protected by European guarantees (fund segregation, investor compensation fund, mediation). Read our full RaiseFX 2026 review and compare regulated alternatives on our prop firm comparator.
Should You Use MT5 with RaiseFX or Choose a Regulated Broker?
MT5 is an excellent platform, but it is available at most regulated brokers. Rather than taking the risk of trading with an unregulated broker, open an MT5 account with an AMF/CySEC/FCA licensed broker or turn to reliable prop firms. You will enjoy the same platform without AMF blacklist risks.
