This drawdown mode is more permissive than an intraday trailing drawdown: unrealized peak profits during the session do not move the limit. Only the closing balance counts. ### Daily Loss Limit: $1,000 Soft Breach Reaching the $1,000 daily loss limit does not close the account. This is a soft breach, not a hard breach. Specifically, if your best day is $500, each cycle must total at least $2,500 in profit (5 x $500). An exceptional day of $600 raises this minimum to $3,000 for all subsequent cycles. This rule encourages consistent gains rather than isolated luck. The more regular your trading is, the easier this rule is to maintain. ## Withdrawal Conditions Two conditions must be met to request a payout: 1. Reach a $2,100 profit buffer above the initial balance 2. Respect the 20% perpetual consistency rule Withdrawals occur per cycle, with amounts between $800 and $1,200 per cycle. The profit split is 90% in favor of the trader. Once the $2,100 buffer is crossed, $2,900 in total profit is sufficient to unlock the first payout (buffer + minimum payment). The account automatically terminates after the 5th withdrawal. Traders wishing to continue must then transition to another FundedNext Futures account type. ## FNL:003 vs Classic FundedNext Challenge Accounts The main difference is the complete absence of an evaluation phase. On a classic Stellar 2-Step account, you must reach 8% to 10% profit in Step 1 and then 5% in Step 2. With FNL:003, you trade directly on a funded account.
